Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy
As an online retailer based in Switzerland, we offer our customers a voluntary return policy.
Return Period
You may return items within 14 days of receiving the merchandise without providing a reason. The period begins on the day you received the merchandise.
Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including tags).
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate transaction.
European Union – 14-day cancellation period
Regardless, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Accessories and jewelry may only be returned unopened and unused.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Custom-made items, hygiene products (e.g., earrings), underwear, and sale items are excluded from the return policy.
How to Exercise Your Right to Return
Please contact us within the 14-day period by email at emanzipe@gmail.com , specifying the order number and the items you wish to return. We will then send you further instructions regarding the return.
Refund
As soon as we have received and inspected the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount within 20 business days.
