Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Emanzipé may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after the order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of ordering.
The return or exchange of your purchases is subject exclusively to the terms of our right of withdrawal. You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for your personal use or use within your household and not for commercial resale or export.

Once we have handed over the goods to the shipping carrier, ownership and the risk of loss pass to you.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or in connection with your purchases and transactions with Emanzipé.

In addition, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Services; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) use spam, phishing, pharming, or pretexting in connection with the Services; (e) use robots, spiders, scraping tools, data mining or extraction tools, automated devices or processes, AI tools (including agentic AI), or any automated or manual means to access the Services; or (f) interfere with, circumvent, or manipulate the security features, authorization functions, robot exclusion headers, or any measures we use to restrict access to the Services. We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if we determine that you have violated any part of these Terms.

14 – Agents

(ii) must not hide or obscure that access, use, or interaction is performed by an Agent, for example by (a) mimicking human behavior or interaction patterns, or (b) completing or bypassing CAPTCHAs or measures intended to distinguish computer use from human use;
(iii) must truthfully respond to any questions or prompts intended to determine whether interactions are performed by a human or a computer;
(iv) must not bypass or otherwise avoid any measures that prevent, restrict, modify, or control whether and how Agents access, use, or interact with Shopify Consumer Services.

15 – Termination

We may terminate this Agreement or your access to the Services (or any part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time and without prior notice. You will remain responsible for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

The following sections will survive termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

17 – Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall merchants, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, or licensors, or those of Shopify and its affiliates, be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, lost sales, lost savings, data loss, exchange costs, or similar damages, whether such damages are claimed in contract, tort (including negligence), or strict liability, arising out of your use of the Services or products purchased through the Services, or for any other claim in any way connected with your use of the Services or any product, including but not limited to errors and omissions in any content, or loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of the Services or content (or products) posted, transmitted, or accessed through the Services. provided in another way, even if the possibility of such damage has been pointed out.
